How to Use the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup
- Prepare Your Skin
In the shower, apply a generous amount of the Bronte Multi-Mineral Cleanser or a body oil to the target area (legs, thighs, buttocks, or stomach) to ensure smooth gliding and optimal suction. - Massage
Gently squeeze the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup to create a vacuum, then place it on your skin. Glide the cup over the area using upward and linear motions for 3–5 minutes per zone. - Aftercare
After massaging, clean the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup with warm soapy water and store it in a dry place. If light bruising occurs, reduce the suction pressure during future sessions.
PRECAUTIONS
- Always use the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup with the Bronte Multi-Mineral Cleanser or a body oil.
- The Firm & Sculpt Body Cup is designed for use on the legs, thighs, buttocks, and stomach.
- Massage once a day for 3–5 minutes per zone only — no less, no more.
- Light bruising may occur after the first uses. If so, adjust the cup to a lighter pressure. Remember, it shouldn’t hurt. If bruising does occur, stop using the cup until the bruises have healed. When resuming, ensure you do not apply too much suction.
- Do not use the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup on the face, breasts, or any mucous membranes.
- Do not use the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup if you have an injury, varicose veins, spider veins, deep vein thrombosis, sunburn, or broken skin.
- The Firm & Sculpt Body Cup is not recommended during pregnancy.

BODY SCULPT CUP HOW TO USE
1. CLEANSE
Jump in the shower and lather your body with the Multi-Mineral Body Cleasner. Ensuring you focus on desired massage area.
2. SUCTION
Place the Body Sculpt Cup on your desired area of concern. Hold the cup with two hands and press down to create suction.
3. MASSAGE
Move the Body Sculpt Cup in circular motions 5-6 times in desired area. Then repeat in zig-zag motions moving toward your heart.
4. REPEAT
For best results, use the Body Sculpt Cup AM or PM, for 3-5 minutes per desired area for 3 weeks. Track your progress with before vs after pics!
