How to Use the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup

  1. Prepare Your Skin
    In the shower, apply a generous amount of the Bronte Multi-Mineral Cleanser or a body oil to the target area (legs, thighs, buttocks, or stomach) to ensure smooth gliding and optimal suction.
  2. Massage
    Gently squeeze the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup to create a vacuum, then place it on your skin. Glide the cup over the area using upward and linear motions for 3–5 minutes per zone.
  3. Aftercare
    After massaging, clean the Firm & Sculpt Body Cup with warm soapy water and store it in a dry place. If light bruising occurs, reduce the suction pressure during future sessions.

BODY SCULPT CUP - HOW TO USE

1. CLEANSE

Jump in the shower and lather your body with the Multi-Mineral Body Cleasner. Ensuring you focus on desired massage area.

2. SUCTION

Place the Body Sculpt Cup on your desired area of concern. Hold the cup with two hands and press down to create suction.

3. MASSAGE

Move the Body Sculpt Cup in circular motions 5-6 times in desired area. Then repeat in zig-zag motions moving toward your heart.

4. REPEAT

For best results, use the Body Sculpt Cup AM or PM, for 3-5 minutes per desired area for 3 weeks. Track your progress with before vs after pics!

How long does it take to see results?

Where should I focus?

Focus on where you'd like to see results, anywhere from your thighs, buttocks, tummy to upper arms. Avoid the breast area and particularly soft skin.

How do I use the Firm & Sculpt Cup?

Simple place on top of the skin and gently push down on either side, pushing the top of the cup down which will create a suction.

Then gently move the cup upwards, towards major lymph nodes, or if easier, towards your liver. This will help with detoxification.

Use a pattern that works for you, some will zig-zag, others prefer to create small circle as you drag upwards.
